Controls copilot instructions and prompt display language for the active project.

Instructions will be regenerated. Custom edits outside X-IPE sections are preserved.
DAO Message Interception Off

When enabled, every user message is processed through the DAO human representative skill before action. When disabled, the agent classifies requests directly into skills. DAO within-skill interaction is unaffected.

Toggling this will regenerate the copilot instructions file for the active project.
